Free Shipping, Every Order
Every Connfi order ships free within the United States — no minimum, no threshold to hit. Everything is printed and packed in Tampa, Florida, and we send tracking by email the moment your package leaves.

Drops are small and run in limited quantities, so once a size sells out it usually stays that way until the next run. If something you wanted is gone, join the Club — members get first access.
Returns & Exchanges
30 Days, No Interrogation
If a piece isn't right, email us within 30 days and we'll take care of it. Items need to be unworn and unwashed — beyond that we're not going to make it difficult.
Size exchanges are the most common request, and the easiest. Our triblend runs fitted, so if you ordered your usual size and want more room, tell us what you'd like instead and we'll get it moving as soon as the original is on its way back.
We cover shipping out to you. Return postage is on you. And if something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, that's our mistake — we'll fix it at our cost, no questions.

Before You Email
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see on the shop page is the price you pay at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are printed and packed in 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. Every order ships from Tampa, Florida to US addresses only. If you're overseas and want a piece, email us — if enough people ask, we'll look at it.
What size should I order?
Both pieces are Bella+Canvas triblend and run fitted. If you like room, or you're between sizes, size up. Email us your usual size in another brand and we'll tell you honestly what we'd send.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes — within 30 days, unworn and unwashed. Email us first and we'll walk you through it. Size exchanges are the most common request and the easiest to sort out.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, on returns. We cover shipping on the way out to you, but not on the way back.
When is the next drop?
Drops are small and irregular by design. Club members hear first, and sizes usually go before we announce anywhere else.
Do you do wholesale or collabs?
We're open to both. Email us with what you have in mind and you'll get a real reply, not a form.
